My Baking Journey
My name is Jasmine Mills and I am the owner of Just Jasi'z! I am also a wife to my amazing husband, Don Mills, a mother of 3 beautiful kids, a registered nurse, and an IBCLC. I am a home baker and I bake with 100% LOVE!
I discovered my passion for baking in 2017. My husband encouraged me to pursue my passion and he has motivated me every step of the way. Many nights of creating and studying allowed me to become the baker that I am today. Honestly, it's just in my blood!
In 2020, Just Jasi'z was created, and it has been steadily growing! Cakes, cupcakes and cookies are my most popular products and I have such a large variety of flavors that I love to share!
After years of baking cakes, I recently decided to go in a different direction and expand on Just Jasi'z.
This year, we purchased a concession trailer to share the love of Just Jasi'z with the community!
The exceptional support and motivation from my loving family makes it all possible for Just Jasi'z. The love and support from my family means everything to me and it allows Just Jasi'z to be possible.
This journey has been amazing, and I can't wait to watch Just Jasi'z continued growth!
OH THE MEMORIES
As a young girl, I remember that my grandma Joyce always had dessert after Sunday dinner. She made some of the best sweets and I truly believe that my passion comes from my grandma. When I found out that she owned a stand mixer, it was a no brainer! My grandma's Kitchen Aid has allowed me to be creative and bake so many delicious desserts for so many people!
To honor my grandma Joyce, I have posted the picture of her Kitchen Aid. Each time that I use it, I always smile and say, "Thank you grandma." If she were still alive, she would be so proud of me!
